TODD WILMOT, Principal

Todd Wilmot is the founder of RedSetter Development and has been involved in the home building industry for over twenty years. Todd’s formal education, attention to detail, and ground up work experience sets him apart from other custom residential builders. 

With a bachelor of science from the University of Denver in Real Estate/Finance Todd approaches the financial side of the building process in a highly disciplined manner.  He is always striving to achieve the balance between the economic constraints of daily life and the critical need for long term quality building in order to meet each client’s unique needs, financial considerations and schedule.

Todd’s work experience includes every aspect of the residential building process.  He began working construction during his summers while still in high school and has years of hands on work experience in building and remodeling a custom home.

Through hard work, collaboration and a love for what he does, RedSetter Development has grown to include a portfolio of beautiful custom homes and remodels.  He has worked passionately to create homes that are beautifully built and inspiring to all who use them.

MARCY PETTITT, Principal

Todd and Marcy Pettitt have been partners for 19 years. They’ve worked successfully together creating and managing several businesses. Marcy is a graduate of Pepperdine Law School and practiced law for over ten years before joining Todd in his business endeavors. Their skill sets and talents compliment each other. Marcy brings with her a straightforward and common sense approach to the business of building homes. She is involved, from the beginning of each project to its completion, guiding schedules and moving each job forward as smoothly and quickly as possible. She helps manage day-to-day operations, including sub-contractors schedules and client communications. With Marcy’s behind the scenes support, Todd is able to be in the field, where he works tirelessly to bring projects in on time and on budget.

Marcy loves what she does and stays inspired on a daily basis by working closely with Todd to create beautiful homes and help clients realize their dreams.
